A photograph of a good friend 6 months into her pregnancy taken in the style of my hero Bill Brandt. This will be my last post for a while, I need to take some new figurative work. My general B&W work will continue on Shutterchance, link below for those who are interested. Will be back soon ;o)

Interesting on many levels : her air, the second woman in the frame in the background (lovely face & portrait too, you did it ?) and the presence of the 3rd character not born yet but so much here... Composed like a painting from the Ancients (Northern Europe masters ?).... I'll follow your shutter & chance for sure, dear* Have a great time finding new energy ~

A well staged portrait with all details working together. Many visual correspondances. Beautiful work.
IMHO I would take out the electrical outlet to perfect the already beautiful.
